Product & Launch Plan

RenewDesk's advantage: an owner-friendly experience that connects responsibility, costs, documents and proof of completion — instead of scattering them across inboxes, sticky notes and filing cabinets.

1. Customers

  • Primary: owners of 1–25 person businesses juggling licenses, permits, insurance and state filings (restaurants, salons, contractors, clinics, retail).
  • Secondary: office managers and bookkeepers who handle renewals on the owner's behalf.
  • Channel partners: accountants, insurance brokers and business-formation services serving many small clients.
  • Pain: missed deadlines lead to late fees, lapsed coverage or forced closures; no single place shows who owns what.

2. Subscription offer for customer launch

This is the planned customer offer. Accounts, trial enforcement and subscription checkout are not yet operational in this browser-only prototype.
